Price

The price shown is the final price in euros, VAT included under the margin scheme for works of art (no VAT is itemised on the invoice). Delivery is not included: collection at the gallery is free; shipping is quoted separately and travels only once you accept the quote.

Payment

Bank transfer against the pro forma invoice, or card up to €10,000. The work is reserved for you for 48 hours; the sale is concluded when payment is received.

Identification

Purchases of €1,000 or more require an identity check under Spanish anti-money-laundering law (Ley 10/2010). It takes about three minutes and is done once.

Delivery

Collection in Barcelona, shipping arranged by us, or your own carrier — chosen at checkout and changeable on your purchase page until the work leaves.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name) receive the work, without giving a reason: e-mail contact@auroraathena.com or use the form in your confirmation e-mail. Return the work in its original condition within 14 days of telling us; the direct cost of returning it is yours. We refund every payment received, including the outward delivery cost at our standard rate, within 14 days of receiving the work back.

Complaints

Write to contact@auroraathena.com; official complaint forms are available at the gallery. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Nothing is charged here: the next page shows the bank details and, up to €10,000, a card button. The works stay reserved for you for 48 hours.
